Catamarans are becoming more and more popular and one of the most popular catamaran in Croatia is Lagoon. There are many types of Lagoons - Lagoon 39, Lagoon 380, Lagoon 400, Lagoon 450, Lagoon 500.
Sailing on the catamaran is a little bit different then sailing on a monohull, a sailing boat. It has different weight, it is much wider, has smaller draft, is also a little shorter than a sailing boat. But it is very comfortable for living because it has great saloon, what is especially important when sailing in Croatian waters, and also it has very big cocpkit where you can acommodate up to 20 people. Of course you can sail not more people than 10 or 12 persons, but it is possible to put there more people and you will still not have an impression that it is crowded.
